Contrairement aux syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration diesel traditionnels, la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration eutectique ne n\u00e9cessite pas de carburant pour fonctionner, offrant ainsi une solution de transport r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais cette approche comportait un d\u00e9fi majeur : le froid \u00e9tant stock\u00e9 dans une masse eutectique, la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration (kWh\/kg) \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des unit\u00e9s diesel. Il devenait donc essentiel de limiter les pertes de froid, particuli\u00e8rement pendant la phase la plus vuln\u00e9rable de la cha\u00eene du froid &#8211; les livraisons avec arr\u00eats multiples et ouvertures fr\u00e9quentes des portes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les secteurs alimentaire et pharmaceutique, m\u00eame de l\u00e9g\u00e8res variations de temp\u00e9rature peuvent provoquer une d\u00e9gradation des produits. Comme le rappelle l\u2019Institut International du Froid, 9 des 10 m\u00e9dicaments les plus vendus dans le monde n\u00e9cessitent un contr\u00f4le strict de la temp\u00e9rature. Les rideaux en PVC \u00e9taient alors la solution physique la plus r\u00e9pandue, mais leurs limites pratiques &#8211; d\u00e9placement par les chauffeurs, probl\u00e8mes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, entretien irr\u00e9gulier &#8211; les rendaient inefficaces dans les situations critiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>De l\u2019Id\u00e9e \u00e0 la Solution &#8211; La Cr\u00e9ation du Premier Rideau d\u2019Air pour le Transport R\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs d\u2019Econcern a identifi\u00e9 qu\u2019une barri\u00e8re climatique sans contact pourrait surmonter ces limites. La solution : concevoir un rideau d\u2019air sp\u00e9cifiquement adapt\u00e9 aux v\u00e9hicules frigorifiques, capable de retenir l\u2019air froid \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et d\u2019emp\u00eacher l\u2019air chaud de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer lors des chargements et d\u00e9chargements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le premier prototype de ce qui deviendrait plus tard BlueSeal\u00ae a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie de tests approfondis dans des conditions simul\u00e9es de distribution. Les objectifs \u00e9taient clairs :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintenir les temp\u00e9ratures requises pour l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur et les produits pendant des ouvertures fr\u00e9quentes des portes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9duire la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique afin de rendre la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration eutectique \u00e9conomiquement viable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Tests en Conditions R\u00e9elles &#8211; Mesurer les \u00c9conomies d\u2019\u00c9nergie<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les premiers tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec une semi-remorque r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 28-29\u00b0C. Les portes \u00e9taient ouvertes 15 minutes toutes les heures pendant 6 heures. La cargaison : cartons d\u2019eau de 1 litre empil\u00e9s sur des palettes totalisant 8 800 kg. Temp\u00e9rature cible : 4-5\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sans rideau d\u2019air :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure atteignant 28\u00b0C pendant les ouvertures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retour impossible \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature cible, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s 45 minutes portes ferm\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temp\u00e9ratures des palettes augmentant progressivement \u00e0 chaque ouverture (figures 1a, 2, 3).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consommation du groupe frigorifique : 26,5 kWh, sans stabilisation thermique des produits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec le rideau d\u2019air BlueSeal :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure maximale de 18\u00b0C apr\u00e8s 6 heures (figure 1b).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temp\u00e9ratures des palettes quasiment stables, avec seulement de l\u00e9g\u00e8res hausses pr\u00e8s du plafond (figures 2, 3).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consommation : 21,8 kWh (incluant 3,8 kW pour le fonctionnement du BlueSeal).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9duction \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019environ 18 %, confirm\u00e9e plus tard par nos simulations 2019 montrant un potentiel d\u2019\u00e9conomie de 30 \u00e0 40 %.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Importance pour le Transport R\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00c9conome en \u00c9nergie<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette exp\u00e9rience a marqu\u00e9 un tournant dans l\u2019histoire des rideaux d\u2019air pour le transport r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. Elle a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un rideau d\u2019air pouvait non seulement mieux pr\u00e9server la cha\u00eene du froid que des rideaux en PVC, mais aussi r\u00e9duire la consommation de diesel et les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintenir des temp\u00e9ratures basses pendant les tourn\u00e9es multi-arr\u00eats diminue consid\u00e9rablement le risque de perte de produits alimentaires ou pharmaceutiques et r\u00e9duit l\u2019usure des \u00e9quipements frigorifiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion &#8211; BlueSeal, une R\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la Cha\u00eene du Froid Moderne<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issu d\u2019un projet de R&amp;D, BlueSeal est aujourd\u2019hui une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale en contr\u00f4le climatique des v\u00e9hicules frigorifiques \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9sents dans plus de 22 pays, les produits BlueSeal &#8211; y compris la version compacte pour les fourgons &#8211; permettent aux op\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies mesurables tout en renfor\u00e7ant la protection de la cha\u00eene du froid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les figures 1a \u00e0 3 restent une preuve concr\u00e8te : un rideau d\u2019air, lorsqu\u2019il est correctement con\u00e7u pour le transport, constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d\u2019une logistique r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e durable.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019histoire des rideaux d\u2019air pour le transport r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie commence avec un d\u00e9fi : limiter les pertes de froid lors des ouvertures de portes.
