Ziel war es, zu messen, welche L\u00f6sung die Temperatur besser h\u00e4lt und die Energieeffizienz w\u00e4hrend realistischer Be- und Entladesituationen optimiert (siehe Tabelle 1 f\u00fcr den Szenario<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-\u00dcberblick<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Testziel: Vergleich von BlueSeal-Luftvorh\u00e4ngen mit PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4ngen<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Studie wurde so konzipiert, dass sie reale Lieferbedingungen nachstellt, mit Szenarien sowohl kurzer als auch langer T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnungen. PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4nge werden seit Jahrzehnten als Klimabarriere verwendet, haben jedoch Nachteile: Sie behindern den Durchgang, erfordern regelm\u00e4\u00dfige hygienische Wartung und werden beim Entladen oft zur Seite geschoben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luft<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vorh\u00e4nge<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> f\u00fcr energieeffizienten K\u00fchltransport bieten eine unsichtbare, hindernisfreie Barriere, die diese Probleme vermeidet und den K\u00e4lteverlust minimiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Testbedingungen: Nebeneinander in zwei K\u00fchlwagen<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Test fand im November 2013 in der Halle des Kunden statt. Zwei identische K\u00fchlfahrzeuge mit identischen K\u00fchleinheiten wurden parallel im Abstand von 10 m aufgestellt. Ein Fahrzeug wurde mit PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4ngen ausgestattet, das andere mit einem BlueSeal-Luft<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vorh\u00e4ngen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Abbildung 1).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beide Fahrzeuge wurden vor Testbeginn auf -20 \u00b0C heruntergek\u00fchlt. In allen f\u00fcnf Szenarien hielt BlueSeal die Ladung bei langen T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnungen (Szenarien 2 und 4) um bis zu 10 \u00b0C k\u00fchler als PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4nge und bei kurzen T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnungen (Szenarien 1 und 3) um 5 bis 8 \u00b0C k\u00fchler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auch im Szenario 5, bei dem eine Ladeb\u00fchne und ein Hubwagen zum Einsatz kamen, erzielte BlueSeal deutlich bessere Ergebnisse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Warum Luftschleier in der Energieeffizienz besser sind als PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4nge<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensordaten (Abbildung 3) zeigen, dass BlueSeal einen Luftkreislauf an der T\u00fcr erzeugt, der eine zus\u00e4tzliche Schutzbarriere f\u00fcr die Ladung bildet. PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4nge lassen warme Luft leichter eindringen, die sich ungehindert ausbreiten kann und so den Temperaturschutz verringert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4ngen zeigte Sensor 1 (Verdampferausblasluft) deutlich niedrigere Temperaturen als die anderen Sensoren &#8211; ein Hinweis darauf, dass die K\u00fchleinheit h\u00e4rter arbeiten musste, um die Solltemperatur wiederherzustellen, was den Dieselverbrauch erh\u00f6ht.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Energieeinsparung: Luftvorh\u00e4nge vs PVC-Streifenvorh\u00e4nge<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da weniger K\u00fchlenergie ben\u00f6tigt wird, um die Temperatur nach T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnungen wiederherzustellen, reduziert BlueSeal die Belastung der K\u00fchleinheit und den Kraftstoffverbrauch erheblich.
